I would keep it tans.. if the blue carpet is darker, a lighter tan, a lighter blue.. darker tan.. if you can change the lighting, do it.. most likely you cant. so i would add a tall floor lamp. with a desk lamp.. this will soften the lighting when the florescent lights start to drive you nuts!.. do one big piece of art for the walls instead of a bunch of little pieces.. add a large ( at least 5 feet.)plant.. .
